Daily Buses

Christ College has well-established daily bus routes serving the four corners of its catchment area.

The school provides a daily return bus service Monday to Friday through some of the most stunning scenery in the UK, to and from the Swansea Valley, Carmarthenshire, the Heads of the Valley, the Usk Valley and the Wye Valley.

On Saturdays, as pupils finish at a variety times, the buses only deliver to school in the morning; there is no return journey.

Details of the routes for September 2018 are listed on the timetables below. You will also find a transport booking form which should be completed and returned to the Accounts Department. If you have any further queries, please contact the Admissions Registrar on 01874 615440 for more details. You can purchase an annual season ticket or pay per trip.

This is a subsidised service and as such we need to allocate seats on this service carefully. This means where there is low demand for routes that we may regretfully have discontinue services particularly where there is increasing demand for other routes. Because of the limited availability and where demand is high, priority will be given to season ticket holders - casual users will be able to use the minibus if free seats are available. This service has grown hugely in recent years and now nearly a hundred pupils use this service on a daily basis.

Changes to the Transport Schedule are rare and parents will be given as much notice as possible of any changes to the schedule.
