CORONATION MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE

The Coronation Mountain Challenge is open to parents, staff, Old Breconians and the general public. With a choice of three routes , the event is suited to all abilities. We plan to run this event every year, and hope that in time it becomes a popular part of the ‘Brecon Calendar’. The event will also be a fundraiser for the Christ College Brecon Foundation and the Brecon Mountain Rescue Team (MRT).
The MRT will be manning checkpoints on the route and providing event safety communications . Fabian4, a specialist mountain event company will be providing individual tracking and records of competitor timings.
All entrants will be expected to navigate their own way around the course which will require a competent level of navigation skills for the 13 and 23 mile routes.
