Christ College Brecon Mountain Challenge

The Christ College Brecon Mountain Challenge will take place on Saturday 6th June and will be open to parents, staff, Old Breconians and the general public. With a choice of three routes , the event is suited to all abilities. We plan to run this event every year, and hope that in time it becomes a popular part of the ‘Brecon Calendar’. The event will also be a fundraiser for the Christ College Brecon Foundation and the Brecon Mountain Rescue Team (MRT).
The MRT will be manning checkpoints on the route and providing event safety communications . Fabian4, a specialist mountain event company will be providing individual tracking and records of competitor timings.
All entrants will be expected to navigate their own way around the course which will require a competent level of navigation skills for the 13 and 26 mile routes.
