Course Aims & Objectives
Aim: To develop resilience, self-belief, mental strength (grit) and determination in a young person by overcoming physical and mental challenges through teamwork and individual endeavour.
Course Objectives:
- To develop a growth mind-set and reference point to successfully overcome life’s challenges
