Year 9 pupil, Patrick, is tickled pink as he celebrates passing his audition to join the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.
Many congratulations to Year 9 pupil, Patrick, who has recently passed his audition for the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.
Patrick auditioned as soon as he was eligible at the auditions in Cardiff Millennium Centre in February. Auditions took place all over the UK with over 5,000 young people auditioning.
The next step for Patrick will see him taking part in a residential Junior Acting Course at Trinity LANBAN in London for young people aged 14 – 17 after which he will become a full member of the NYT.
Since joining Christ College in September, Patrick has starred in the Middle School production of Brainstorm and his monologue for the school’s House Speech and Drama Festival from Up ‘n’ Under by John Godber won him the award for Outstanding Performance in a Comedic Role.
Congratulations Patrick from us all at Christ College!
