Christ College Brecon started the new term with record numbers of pupils in the school. With over 120 new pupils joining every year group from Year 3 up to the Lower Sixth, it was a delight to see so many new faces.
The growth in pupil numbers meant that for the first time, School Assembly was split with the Senior Houses attending the first assembly followed by the Years 3 to 8 attending their own assembly later on.
With many congratulations, certificates and awards to be delivered celebrating pupil achievements from the end of term and over the summer holidays, the tone of celebrating success and aiming high was evident throughout both assemblies as well as giving our new staff and pupils a typically warm Christ College welcome.
With traditional festive events not possible this year, our Music Department has been working with pupils on a series of festive musical performances. These will be posted across our social media channels from Monday 30th November. Keep an eye out !Read on
