Today, pupils got an insight into healthy eating habits and nutrition courtesy of Sally Crewe, Nutritionist (ANutr) at Holroyd Howe.
Sally studied Food and Nutrition at The University of Leeds. Since graduating she has worked in the food industry gaining great insight into the production and development of many different food products . Sally then became a Nutritionist, helping children and families to improve their nutrition and eating habits in order to lead healthier lifestyles. Sally is currently working as an Associate Nutritionist for Holroyd Howe and is responsible for delivering nutrition education sessions within Holroyd Howe schools.

We would like to thank Sally for coming to visit us today. Her nutrition sessions have given pupils and staff some great practical tips on leading a healthier lifestyle and making wise food choices.
