ON MONDAY 5TH DECEMBER, WHY NOT DUST OFF THOSE RUNNING SHOES AND COME AND JOIN PUPILS, STAFF, PARENTS AND FRIENDS AT CHRIST COLLEGE AS WE RACE FOR LIFE!
On Monday 5th December, at 3.45pm a 5K Race for Life event will be held at Christ College Brecon to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.
Pupils, parents and family members and staff are invited to take part to raise as much money as possible for this worthwhile cause.
To make your donation, please click on the link below to the Just Giving account which has been set up on behalf of the school.
If you would like to join the school in running, please email Miss Sorrel Hunter, Head of PE and Girls’ Games at Christ College to register so that a race number and medal can be ordered.
The course will be 5km long (too dark to do 10km!) and will be done on the school site, starting and finishing near the astroturf. There will be a prize for the house with the highest number of pupil entries. Participants don’t have to run it, they can walk it, three-legged it, dress up and do it etc etc.
