Christ College pupils have achieved the best results ever in the British Physics Olympiad.
All 4 competitors achieved medals with Hayato and Kevin rated in the Super Gold (Top 50) Category. This places them in the top 3% of Physics students in the UK.
Christ College has only achieved this distinction once before – Robert Jack OB went on to achieve First Class Honours in Natural Science (Physics) at Cambridge and a PhD from Imperial College. He is now a lecturer at Cambridge University.
The 4 CCB Olympians have been attending additional weekly sessions for a year in preparation for the very challenging paper.
