Open Days and Visiting Us

A visit to Christ College is an essential part of the process by which prospective pupils and their families decide on the most suitable school, and we encourage you to visit at least once before they make your decision.

A first step in getting to know the school might be to visit one of our general Open Mornings. The typical format for our Open Mornings are:

  • Registration & Refreshments
  • Welcome address from the Head Gareth Pearson
  • Individual tours of the school by our Sixth Form pupil
  • Informal Reception at Y Neuadd Goffa - The Memorial Hall, with opportunities to chat with key members of staff and gather further information about the school.

We hold our Open Mornings in the Autumn and Spring terms with the next event scheduled for: Click here

Alternatively a Personal Visit can be arranged at anytime convenient to parents and the school. Tours of Christ College will be conducted by a current Christ College pupil and will usually conclude with a meeting with the Head, Gareth Pearson.

Many prospective pupils take up the offer of a 'Taster Day' or 'Taster Days' (with an overnight stay) before their parents register them for the school. These days provide prospective pupils with a chance to gain an insight into life at Christ College.
