There are six houses spread across the Christ College campus;

•  Alway House - A junior boarding and day house for boys and girls in Years 7 and 8.
• de Winton House and Donaldson's House - Senior boarding and day houses for girls in Years 9 to 13.
• Orchard House, School House and St. David's House - Senior boarding and day houses for boys in Years 9 to 13.
