| OB Dr Teddy Morgan |
Old Breconian Dr Teddy Morgan, who scored the winning try in Wales' first match against the All Blacks more than 100 years ago, has been commemorated in his home town.
A blue plaque was unveiled in Abernant, near Aberdare in the Cynon Valley, in honour of him.
Dr Morgan was born in 1880 and educated at Christ College before studying medicine in London, where he also played for London Welsh. His career with Wales saw him score 14 tries from the wing, but none more famous than the one against the All Blacks.
Dr Morgan is also renowned for leading the Welsh team in singing the Welsh National Anthem before the famous 1905 match in Cardiff.
