CCF Bi-annual inspection is "a resounding success"
On 7th May, cadets at Christ College Brecon were inspected by Rear Admiral (Ret) P Wilcox CB DSC as part of their bi-annual inspection by HM Armed Forces.
U14s boys win SILVER at National Hockey Finals
After last week's heroics at the South Wales Tournament, the U14 boys travelled to Newtown this Friday to compete in the Welsh National Hockey Finals. There they played three teams in a round robin pool, two from the North (Rydal Penrhos and Eirias High School of Colwyn Bay) and South Wales winners, Olchfa.

Head of Learning Support, Felicity Kilpatrick, is delighted by the success of her recently published book, Down the Memory Lanes of My Hafod, which is being well-received by Swansea historians and local people alike. Early comments on the book have been very positive, including from Nigel Jenkins (Swansea poet and author of ‘Real Swansea') who wrote that the book is “easily one of the best of its kind I have read.”

Christ College 1st VII have travelled to London to participate in the National Schools Sevens. Competing in the Festival Tournament, Christ College have been drawn against Sir William Borlase, RGS Guildford, Ellesmere and Dulwich.
County hockey champions perform heroically at the Welsh Schools Championships
With a victory over Llanidloes in the recent county final Christ College's 1st XI Girl's Hockey squad led by captain Emily James proceeded to the U18 Welsh School's Finals at Wrexham on Wednesday 4th March as Powys champions.
Science Centre celebrated at LABC Building Excellence Awards
The Science Centre at Christ College was one of the finalists in the Public Buildings category at the South Wales Local Authority Building Control Awards held in Cardiff.
