Yoga and Pilates

Yoga and Pilates – Senior and year 10 girls have the option to participate in yoga and/or pilates each week, led by two different teachers. 

Both are enjoyed by those pupils who perhaps find their strengths in more individual activities, or those that need a break from academic work and want to exercise their mind and body in some other way. 

Performed in the drama studio to relaxing music, yoga and pilates are both proving popular activities.
