|Christ College catering staff provide a high standard catering service to our pupils and staff as well as managing external functions. They deliver a healthy eating programme designed to offer everyone a personalised range of fresh and healthy dishes which also have reference to multi-cultural diversity of the world we live in today.
In order to remain exciting, our chefs design new menus for each term. These are on a three weekly rotation offering a great range of hot and cold food at each service. We also take great care in sourcing local and fresh products; for example our bread is supplied daily by a Brecon bakery ensuring the freshest quality possible. Beside this we work closely with our local butcher who supplies all our meat (including fresh burgers) on a regular basis.
Anne Nicholls, our Catering Manager, and her deputy, Gwyneth Mason, visit each boarding house once a term as well as attending the Food Committee to gather feedback from pupils.
